Shipping and Returns

We want you to love what you ordered. Here's everything you need to know about getting your pieces and what to do if something is not right.

Shipping

All orders are dispatched from our UAE warehouse. Here are the delivery timeframes once your order is confirmed:

United Arab Emirates

3 to 5 business days

GCC Countries (KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman)

5 to 7 business days

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way. Business days are Monday to Friday.

We do everything we can to get your order to you on time, but occasionally, local carrier delays can happen. If it's been longer than expected, email us at orders@slashend.com and we'll chase it down for you.

Sales Policy

All sales are final

We know that sounds strict, and we get it. But because our pieces are made with care using premium natural fibres, we can only stand behind what comes back to us in its original condition. So please take a moment to check sizing and fabric details before placing your order. 

Exchanges

We do accept exchanges under the following conditions:

Within 7 days of receiving your order

Item Availability

The Item required for the exchange is in stock

Item condition

Unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging

Packaging

Tags must be attached and in original packaging

Return shipping cost

Covered by the customer

Damaged items

Email us with photos within 48 hours of delivery

To start an exchange, email orders@slashend.com with your order number, the item you'd like to exchange, and the reason for the request. We'll guide you through the next steps.

Please note: Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. All sale purchases are final.

Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item?

That's on us, and we'll make it right. If your item arrived damaged or is not what you ordered, email orders@slashend.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:

 

Your order number

A description of the issue

Clear photos of the item and packaging

 

We'll assess the situation and arrange a replacement or resolve it as quickly as we can.
